| Anyone from the North Central Indiana area impacted by the flood may come to their local American Red Cross Service Delivery site to receive Red Cross assistance. Client caseworkers will be on hand to meet individually with families to assess their immediate, basic needs. Health services volunteers will address any disaster-caused health issues and mental health volunteers will be available for further counseling. |
