With The Link, you can make it easier and more convenient for the media to use your news releases by sending customized copy to each site. Using the Link database and cross referencing it against a student database, you can be assured that a customized news release is delivered to each site. The program uses the zip code or county to determine what name and information go the newspaper. A general news release is distributed with site specific information inserted beneath the copy.

Here's how it works:
When you have a news release that needs to be sent, simply forward the information to The Link by disk, modem, or email. The Link takes the story and prepares it for customized distribution, inserting the correct information for each site and adhering to each media site computer/equipment requirements. The news release is electronically distributed within 1-5 days of initial delivery which saves media sites the time to edit or typeset the information.
