Silos & Smokestacks Partners with Hartman Reserve to Offer Spring Break Camp
Cedar Valley, IA (February 8, 2010) - Silos & Smokestacks National Heritage Area (SSNHA) is partnering with Hartman Reserve Nature Center to offer a spring break camp for youth grades 3-5. The camp, held March 15-19, will run from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily with an optional overnight stay Thursday evening at the UNI Museums. The camp, themed "Museum Madness," will let campers experience a new adventure each day as they visit SSNHA Partner Sites.

Monday, March 15:

* Herbert Hoover Presidential Museum & Historic Site, West Branch

* UNI Museums, Cedar Falls

* National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium, Dubuque
The camp is limited to 15 campers so make sure to register early for this exciting opportunity.

Silos & Smokestacks National Heritage Area is one of 49 federally designated heritage areas in the nation and is an Affiliated Area of the National Park Service.
