Columbia College-Aurora to hold commencement April 28
COLUMBIA, MO - Columbia College-Aurora will recognize graduates at a commencement ceremony on Saturday, April 28, at 2:30 p.m. at the Red Lion Hotel, 3200 South Parker Road, Aurora, Colo.
Kevin Palmer, chief information officer, will give the commencement address; Ramona McAfee, assistant dean for military and federal programs, will confer the degrees; and Mark Baisley '93, president and CEO of Slipglass, Inc., will provide the alumni charge.
"Commencement is the perfect time to recognize the commitment and dedication of our students," said McAfee. "The road to higher education is not easy, and we are proud to honor their accomplishments."
Established in Denver in 1975, the campus moved to Aurora in 1979 after enrollments outpaced available space.

Columbia College-Aurora offers five associate degrees, six bachelor's degrees and one master's degree program on campus as well as 23 associate, bachelor's and master's degrees online.
