91st Annual Cedar Falls Bible Conference Begins July 28

The 91st annual Cedar Falls Bible Conference will be held from Saturday, July 28, through Sunday, August 5, 2012. The conference will begin Saturday evening, July 28, at 7:30 pm with a concert by Marty Goetz. This concert begins an outstanding week of Bible study and preaching led by six of the finest Christian speakers of our day. Then on Saturday, August 4, their will be a concert featuring Dallas Holm, a 2012 inductee into the Gospel Music Hall of Fame. Dr. Michael Horton from Westminster Theological Seminary, California, and White Horse Inn Ministries will be the opening speaker beginning on Sunday morning, July 29. He will be joined throughout the week by Scotty Smith of Christ Community Church in Franklin, Tennessee, C. John Steer from Autumn Ridge Church in Rochester, Minnesota, Elizabeth George of Elizabeth George Ministries, Dr. Steven Lawson from Christ Fellowship Baptist Church in Mobile, Alabama, and Dr. Everett Piper, president of Oklahoma Wesleyan University in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Dr. Horton and Pastor Smith will also lead a conference for pastors and church leaders on Monday and Tuesday afternoons of the conference week. There will be morning and evening general sessions each day beginning Sunday morning, July 29, and continuing through Sunday night, August 5, in the Cedar Falls Bible Conference tabernacle on the Riverview Conference Center grounds at 439 N. Division Street, Cedar Falls, IA. During all tabernacle sessions, there will also be sessions for children and teens, as well as nursery and preschool. There is no charge for any sessions of the Cedar Falls Bible Conference, including the concerts. A free will offering will be taken at each session. The conference is open to all who wish to attend.
