ACHIEVING A MORE PROFITABLE OPERATION: 2013 Crop Fair Offers Management Information

"With today's market volatility and weather challenges, it is important to have up-to-date information," says Samantha Ehrhardt, ICGA/ICPB District Field Representative. "The crop fair program should give local growers access to information that can really help their bottom line."
Sponsors of the crop fair include: Viafield, Golden Grain Energy LLC, Farm Credit Services of America, Iowa Corn Growers Association and Iowa Corn Promotion Board.
For details or to RSVP by February 11th, please contact Golden Grain at 641-423-8525, 888-442-2676 or email info@ggecorn.com or Viafield at 641-420-5685 or email info@viafield.com.
The ICGA and ICPB work with local sponsors each winter to provide crop fairs across the state. The programs are intended to give producers free and direct access to timely information on issues facing Iowa agriculture. A complete list of 2013 crop fairs is available on the Iowa Corn website at www.iowacorn.org.
