Book holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting from Iowa State University and began her career in public accounting. With experience spanning finance, operations, and executive management, she is known for her steady leadership and strategic mindset, successfully guiding organizations through complexity, transformation, and growth.
As the Altus CXO CEO, Book will focus on accelerating associate recruiting, leading coaching and mentoring initiatives to attract and retain top-tier talent, driving business development, and strengthening internal systems to support sustained growth.
