BRADFORD, Pa. (November 11, 2025) – Wylique Byard-Moses, a nursing student at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford, received the university’s First-Gen Trailblazer Award. He was honored for “modeling compassion in action” and thanked his academic advisors, mentors and the university’s academic coaching and tutoring center. The award was presented as part of the university’s First-Generation College Celebration Nov. 7. Byard-Moses is from Philadelphia.
